The InfoPath form template is not doing exactly what your client wants it to do, and the InfoPath developer has since left the company. That is how the location of the template is set in the resulting forms. it was a field reference in a default value of a hidden field. However i think i may not have declared this urn properly. You are not logged in. When testing the Template from the computer where the Form was created (before publishing it to SharePoint), everything worked as expected, I could create a new Form, send it to a also i forgot to put this in up top but this is all based off of an access database.
