There are "fixed" issues against guava r09 but clearly referring to javax.annotation.Nullable and CheckReturnValue in guava which does not provide them (and not docs mention where to get those). I think if you got the ejb jar from somewhere, and added it to your eclipse library path, it would resolve this. ( or if you already have an application server I'm stumped as to why not.
