I installed these three using apt-get with no problems. How to delete the lines from a file that do not contain dot? My current problem with the static build is a issue I ask here. E.g. -lGL will cause the linker to look for libGL.so or (if that isn't found) libGL.a.

From what I have learned, one needs to create a symbolic link. I have linked the libraries: opengl32, glu32, glut32, and in other linker options I have: -lmingw32 -lSDLmain -lSDL, because this was advised on the code::blocks wiki. About second part: OpenGL ES is a subset of the OpenGL for embedded systems like smartphones ("compact" version of OpenGL). If I put -lopengl32 in my linker settings that doesn't change anything.
