These changes can't be adjusted via the settings in the handset. Speed has not impressed me yet, compared to Vodafone in my area. I did as Beau suggested and called Telsta iPhone and they knew exactly what the issue was, modified some setting, asked me to switch the phone off and then on and You Are Not Subscribed To A Cellular Data Service Set APN to telstra.iph. I have added both telstra.internet and telstra.iph in the field and they both work but my question is should I have to?
Support said it has happenned to her own IPhone 4.0 and its a world wide problem and has to await a fix from Apple.Waited on telephone for Apple support but after I'm a new Telstra customer too. Also try taking out the SIM out and refitting. Iphone Network Not Available I also tried rebooting, checking APN settings, but this is the only thing that worked.
