VSTA (Visual Studio Tools for Applications) is found under this feature so you need to verify if the .Net Programmability is enabled. Still it gives me the same error. To enable this features, run Microsoft Office 2010 setup, and change the Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Applications options under InfoPath to Run from My Computer.
