probably they have custom settings for "Scripting ActiveX controls" (probably set to prompt instead of allow) To rule out IE Addons go Tools>Internet Options>uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions"... Registration is free and instantaneous. I downloaded Mozilla Firefox, and it is working fine. Reverting back to IE7 may not have reset that setting.MarkPS.
