Did it fix the issue or are you still experiencing it? As soon as I cleared the "Silverlight" debug type, then all the right modules showed up under iexplore.exe, my breakpoints lit up, and I was able to debug appropriately. I managed to beat the clock and after a reboot, I went to Windows Update and installed 5 of the 8 updates I had available.
