Had to "UNinstall" the software that scanned my computer to get the app window to go away. Then this solved the IE changes, and now my google calender gadget works again. Anyways, it Fixes my Google Chrome SSL Untrusted Connection problem somehow. Crappy stuff.

All I could remember, my blog was working fine in IE 7, the last time I had checked. Your security settngs are stoppng it along with Windows Defender I beleive. I found an Add-on named "research" with a file type of "browser extension" that when disabled fixes my problem.
