On this server, Sql 2005 Enterprise edition and sql 2005 express editions also installed. Emiliano Thank you it Works. It's puzzling why the error comes up, but it is resolved afterre-installation. If it is installed, select it and click Uninstall or Remove. It worked !!! The File Sqlncli.msi Is Not A Valid Installation Package
